First Annual Children's Fashion Show

Georgia Child Care Association will be hosting the 1st annual Children’s Fashion Show during the SE Early Childhood Expo.  Any child age 6 months through 12 years is eligible to participate. 

You may either fill out the information form below or print out the PDF version of the Registration Form and return it to GCCA at 2179 Northlake Parkway, Building 5, Suite 25, Tucker, GA 30084  along with $15 registration fee for 1st child and $10 for each additional child in the same family (Check or money order payable to GCCA).

PLEASE BE SURE TO PUT YOUR CHILD'S NAME ON YOUR CHECK OR MONEY ORDER!
