New Employee Handbook Program!
We have been working for some time now on developing an
employee handbook for child care centers that is comprehensive and legally
correct, yet flexible enough to be able to incorporate your own
center-specific policies. It is now available! GCCA has teamed up with the
law firm of Fisher & Phillips, LLP (many of you have attended their classes
at recent GCCA conferences) to develop a comprehensive employee handbook
(i.e. policies and procedures) that includes all of the necessary legal
language yet is written specifically for child care center operations in an
easy to understand format. It is written to protect your interests as a
center owner.
The Handbook will be provided to you in an electronic format (MS Word) so that you can customize and print the documents right from your own computer. Many of the GCCA Board Members have already paid for and gone through the workshop in order to feel confident that our members will truly get what they are paying for. This is, without a doubt, a wonderful and exciting opportunity and the results have been delivered as promised. The rate for the complete Handbook and workshop for Non-GCCA members is $495 and we are running a special introductory rate for GCCA Members for the complete package at $265!
