For the past 2 years Dr. Tanisha Brown has served as Regional Director at Cadence Education and manages 13 Early Learning Institutions all over the state of Georgia. With the highest school and classroom count of any of her peers she still manages to come in the top 2 of regions in the country with occupancy and earnings yet still finds time to personally visit each school. When asked how difficult her role is she said, “I let my numbers speak for me”. “Dr. Tanisha” as her colleagues call her, is originally from Oakland, California. She started her collegiate career on the East Coast at Ashford University where she earned her bachelor’s degree and went on to earn several more degrees including her Associate Degree in Early Childcare Education from Atlanta Technical College and her Master’s Degree in Teaching and Learning with Technology from Ashford University. However; one of her proudest moments was becoming the youngest graduate in her Doctorial class from Argosy University with a degree in Educational Leadership in 2015. So, it is safe to say she has a no quit attitude. Before taking her current position, Dr. Tanisha served as the Elementary and KG Principal of A’Takamul International School (ATIS) in the Middle East in the country of Kuwait. With over 20 years of experience in Early Child Care and having served in every position from school director to international school principal she still starts everyday taking phone calls at 6:30 am from parents and directors and staying late to close schools displaying the definition of a Team Player. Tanisha enjoys talking to her mother on the phone, shopping, traveling abroad, going to concerts and sporting events.
