Professional Bio
Mary serves as the Director of Programs for GCCA, a position she has held since June 2018. In this leadership role, she oversees the planning and execution of professional development conferences and key events, while also guiding initiatives that strengthen the organization’s overall operations. A passionate advocate for early childhood education, Mary moved to Georgia after attending Louisiana Tech University and quickly found her calling in the field. Over the next 27 years, she advanced through roles as a teacher, support staff, and administrator, leading teams and shaping high-quality learning environments. Her dedication to the industry also includes more than nine years of service on GCCA’s Board of Directors, where she worked alongside other leaders to drive strategic priorities and advocate for providers across Georgia.
