To increase awareness and engagement with the GCCA Benefits Programs. We want to show members how this specific relationship—designed with child care providers in mind—helps care for the people who care for children every day.
Event Description
This virtual Town Hall focuses on the heartbeat of every early childhood center: the staff. At GCCA, we believe that retaining a strong, dedicated team requires supporting them in meaningful ways. We will share how our partnership with Thrive Workplace Benefits offers an alternative healthcare solution built specifically for the needs of ECE centers.
During the session, Erica Sylvia will discuss how these benefits act as a powerful tool for building a stronger workforce for Georgia's children. We will explore the flexible medical, dental, and vision options that are already proving to be a powerful solution for many of our centers. We’ll also walk through the digital enrollment portal that makes managing these benefits simple for directors. The hour will include a moderated Q&A and a clear guide on how members can verify their status to access these exclusive, member-only options.
