Professional Bio
Danielle Millman is a seasoned executive leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation across early childhood and post-secondary education. She has held senior roles including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Growth Officer with organizations such as Endeavor Schools and Otter Learning.
Danielle is known for her expertise in organizational development, scalable operations, compliance, and strategic growth. She has successfully led organizations across privately held, family-owned, private equity-backed, and publicly traded environments—building high-performing teams, implementing systems for scale, and strengthening cultures rooted in quality, accountability, and care.
Prior to early childhood education, she served as Vice President of Operations in post-secondary education, overseeing multi-campus institutions. Her experience also includes roles as a College President, Dean, and Corporate Director of Compliance, leading accreditation, licensing, audits, and large-scale training initiatives.
Danielle serves as an executive officer on the Georgia Child Care Association Board of Directors, is a sought-after industry consultant and speaker at national and regional conferences. She is a recipient of the Vision Builder – Women of Inspiration Award and the Georgia Titan 100 Award.
She began her career as an adjunct professor at George Washington University and brings additional experience from the medical field. Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and has completed extensive graduate coursework in leadership, change management, and coaching.
