Licensing Clarification At Its Best, LLC was founded by April Brown, an Independent Contractor with over 25 years of experience in the childcare industry. As a State-Approved Trainer with DECAL and Georgia Professional Development System for Early Childhood Educators, April brings deep expertise and a hands-on approach to every aspect of childcare training and licensing support.
Her company specializes in dynamic, in-person training tailored for childcare professionals—including teachers, directors, center owners, aspiring childcare owners, and DECAL staff. After completing training courses, CCLC’s will be equipped with a clear understanding of Licensing Rules and Regulations.
What We Do:
• Conduct mock walk-through licensing inspections ~ audit documentation and administrative files
• In-Person and Hands on State Approved Trainings which help programs achieve and maintain “Good Standing” status
• Provide targeted support for providers needing to regain regulatory compliance
• Email and phone consultations / support
• Act as a liaison between parents and childcare providers to promote clear, effective communication and resolution
