Organization Overview

The Childcare Collective is a growing community created for childcare owners who want to run their centers with less stress and more support. Founded by Kettia Ming, a former center owner who started a small home daycare and grew it into four successful schools serving hundreds of families, The Collective was built from real experience—not theory.

We help childcare owners get organized, keep good teachers, and grow their programs using simple systems that actually work in real life. Through live masterclasses, coaching, and our online community, members learn how to strengthen daily operations, build strong teams, and reach their goals with confidence.

For those who can’t yet invest in private coaching, The Childcare Collective offers affordable trainings, free resources, and peer support to help every owner move forward—no matter where they’re starting from.

And because we believe in giving back, we created The Collective Grant, a program that helps deserving childcare owners who are making a difference in their communities.

At The Childcare Collective, we believe when childcare owners succeed, children, families, and communities thrive.

“Kettia’s coaching completely transformed how I run my center. I finally have systems in place that give me time to lead instead of chase fires.”
