Early Learning Ventures (ELV) is a nonprofit shared services alliance that helps child care businesses thrive through smart business support and innovative technology. Our services help streamline daily operations, strengthen program quality, and build a high-quality child care business—so providers can focus on children and families.

Through a spectrum of free resources and a powerful technology suite, ELV meets diverse business needs, streamlining operations from enrollment and finance to menu planning and staffing management. By reducing administrative burden and improving efficiency, we empower child care leaders to run sustainable, successful businesses.

When signing up for a new Alliance CORE membership, GCCA members will receive their first 3 months free and a waived onboarding fee!
Licensed for 1-30 children - $25/month
Licensed for 31-60 children - $50/month
Licensed for 61+ children - $100/month
One-time Onboarding Fee - $450
