Kailee Smith, MPH

Kailee is currently a Regional Membership Development Manager at Early Learning Ventures (ELV) with more than 10 years of experience advancing health, safety, and quality across early childhood systems. She co-leads national membership and partnership growth for ELV to support early childhood programs in strengthening operations and increasing the quality of services.

Previously, Kailee served as the Health & Safety Manager for ELV's Early Head Start - Child Care Partnerships. Her background includes roles with Michigan-based organizations such as the Early Childhood Investment Corporation, The Michigan Public Health Institute, WIC, and MSU Extension. Kailee holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Foodservice Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master of Public Health from Western Michigan University.
