The ECE Executive Impact Cohort is a high-impact leadership experience designed for child care owners and directors who are ready to strengthen their operations, grow enrollment, and lead with clarity and confidence.

This exclusive, three-month cohort brings together a small group of 10–12 peers from across Georgia for intentional learning, honest conversation, and practical strategy. Every session is built around the real challenges leaders are facing right now:

  1. Staffing shortages;
  2. Enrollment pressure;
  3. Financial sustainability;
  4. Compliance demands;
  5. And, the need to lead strong teams in a complex environment.

Unlike traditional trainings, this cohort is not theoretical. It is designed for immediate application. Participants leave each session with tools, frameworks, and decisions they can implement right away in their programs. From building a stronger enrollment engine and improving staffing systems to gaining financial clarity and strengthening operational excellence, the cohort focuses on what truly moves programs forward.

Each session blends expert guidance, peer collaboration, and facilitated discussion, creating space for leaders to learn from industry specialists and from one another. Participants also benefit from peer site visits, optional enrichment sessions in advocacy and human resources, and access to a private communication group that continues the conversation between sessions.

Perhaps most importantly, the cohort creates a trusted space for leaders to step out of isolation. Child care leadership can be demanding and lonely. This experience connects participants with like-minded executives who understand the work, share solutions, and hold one another accountable for growth.

The return on investment is clear. Stronger leadership, smarter systems, improved enrollment, and better decision-making often mean that just one additional enrollment can offset the cost of participation. Your leadership development pays for itself—literally.

If you are ready to elevate your leadership, strengthen your program, and join a community of peers committed to excellence, the ECE Executive Impact Cohort is designed for you.
